How To Shop Our Plants
1. Place your order on shop.colasanti.com
2. You will receive an "Order Confirmation Email" after your order has been received. We need a little bit of time to pull and organize your products. Orders will be prepared within 24-48 hours. We appreciate your patience.
3. After your order has been brought to our cashier station for pick-up, you will receive an "Awaiting Pick-up Email Confirmation". You can pick-up your items between 10 am-5 pm at our west entrance cashier station (near our restaurant).
4. Live products will be held in our hold area for 72 hours. If you do not pick up your order within the stated 72-hour timeframe, our team will reach out to you to discuss refund options.
Gift Card Purchases
After purchasing a gift card through our online store, you can expect a follow-up email from one of our sales associates to confirm the shipping address.
Once the card has been placed in the mail, you will be notified of the tracking number.
Gift cards can be used for in-store purchases: garden centre shopping, restaurant, mini golf, and petting farm admissions.
If you would like to pick-up a gift card, you can visit us in-store to make your purchase directly at a cashier station.
Currently, we do not refund or exchange plants once they leave our facility.
You may return pots and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund with proof of purchase (receipt).
Seasonal products and decor are eligible for store credit or exchange.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Any refunds will be issued on the original method of payment.
If you need to cancel your order, please Contact Us with your order number. We will respond promptly to assist you.
A cancellation fee of $5 will be deducted from your reimbursement. The reimbursement will be made on the original method of payment.
