How To Shop Our Plants
1. Place your order on shop.colasanti.com
2. You will receive an "Order Confirmation Email" after your order has been received. Our team will then begin to prepare your order. We need a little bit of time to pull and organize your products. Order preparation can take up to 24 hours. We appreciate your patience.
3. After your order has been brought to our cashier station for pick-up, you will receive an "Awaiting Pick-up Email Confirmation". You can pick-up your items between 10 am-5 pm at our west entrance cashier station (near our restaurant).
4. Live products will be held in our hold area for 72 hours. If you do not pick up your order within the stated 72-hour timeframe, our team will reach out to you to discuss refund options.
Currently, we do not refund or exchange plants once they leave our facility. You may return pots and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund with proof of purchase.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Any refunds will be issued on the original method of payment.
If you need to cancel your order, please Contact Us with your order number. We will respond promptly to assist you.
A restocking fee of $5 per cancelled order applies and will be deducted from your reimbursement. The reimbursement will be made on the original method of payment.
