One of the hardiest citrus varieties, calamondin is a cross between a kumquat and a mandarin orange.
It has glossy green foliage and a beautiful fragrance. During the summer months it may be placed either inside or outside, but not in a windy area. Once your plant flowers, if it is pollinated it will produce fruit. These grafted varieties of trees are well suited to smaller containers and allow you to grow citrus plants indoors.

Plant sizes and shapes vary by season.
